By accessing or using UpToStack ("we," "our," or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We provide a platform for tech research, news curation, and hands-on laboratory projects.

2. Eligibility

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Attempt to unauthorizedly access, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the service.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of the Platform.
• Use the labs for malicious purposes or to develop software that promotes illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on UpToStack, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code examples in Labs, is the property of UpToStack or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the platform for educational and research purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPTOSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
